Free Shipping on all orders of Rs. 790 and above. A nominal shipping amount will be charged on orders below Rs 790 (amount will be reflected during checkout). For Deliveries outside India, we have a Flat charge that will be reflected during checkout, upon selection of Delivery Location.

If you’re looking to return or exchange or cancel your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order, only if you received a defective, expired or wrong order.

No returns for orders shipped outside India.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We need to have a scan copy or picture of the original bill / receipt emailed to us at info@ayssahomes.in

Cancellation only possible if the order isn't Shipped when we receive your request.

Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. All items are dispatched from Delhi, India – 110016

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Additional Information:

• It will take us approximately 7 days to refund, replacement product, or give store credit
• Any return shipping fees the customer will need to pay. In case of manufacturing defect Ayssa Homes will pay all the courier charges.
• Returns will be done within India only.
• Returns will be done to serviceable pin codes within India only.
